A man was sitting on the porch of a home in the Links of London Q Charm block of Fleming Avenue in Brighton Heights about 1:30 p.m when a tan Buick with several men drove by and opened fire, police said. The bullets struck the house, but no one was injured. Three men inside the home got into a car and chased the Buick through the North Side onto Route Links of London. As they approached the McKees Rocks Bridge, the Buick's driver rammed the back of a BMW. Then the car pulled beside the BMW, and its occupant fired a shot at the female driver, police said. The BMW driver wasn't injured. The Buick sped off. Auditions will be at 9 a.m. Sunday at the Portland Ice Arena. Candidates for the Links of London o Charm team must commit to a 40-game home schedule as well as several non-game night appearances. The ability to skate is preferred, as is previous dancing, cheerleading and/or theater experience. "(Skating is) something we're preferring as an attribute, but it's not a requirement," Petrovek said.
